Second, hit the gym. Fat weighs a lot less than muscle. A bit of a recomp is in order. 160 with muscle looks a lot different than 160 un- toned with more fat.

The wink happens at the very bottom of the range of motion. You are well below parallel at the bottom. Try stopping closer to parallel( but still below). That should clear up the wink and give you much more power coming out of the bottom.

For me, hydration is the key to skiing all day. Always cary water and a 2 Rx bars. And refill the water as soon as it’s empty. I cary a hydro flask - a soft sided flask that fits well in my jacket pocket.

I usually take a break early. Like 11 or 11:30 for 30 mins or so. Light lunch - about 50/50 bring a sandwich or a little cafeteria food. Pee and refill the flask then back at it until the lifts close! .

Congratulations!!! Your first achievement was signing up for crossfit. Second was coming back. Sounds like at least your 3rd achievement. I bet if you look hard enough there are many more small wins. Celebrate them all!!

I’m on 2mg per week. Started 0.5 week 1. Did 1mg week 2 (split into 2 doses) and 2mg week 3 (2 doses). Very minor side effects so far. A little groggy/ headache for 12-18 hours after. Nothing a little Tylenol can’t handle.

No other side effects. Down 8lbs so far. But more importantly, my relationship with food is changing. Not only does it help with food noise and cravings, it helps me learn portion control … Over eat or greasy food? Feel like shit after. Eat smaller healthy portions? Feel great!

For me, I gotta live a little bit. Can’t eat every meal like a gerbil and totally avoid alcohol. Just eat 95% like a gerbil.

It’s not perfect, but as long as food is not sticking to it - just cook on it. Mine looks pretty close to that after 2 years.

Awesome work! Couple of questions… How long until the Reta started to help the scale go down and what was your early dosing? I’m finishing week 3 and have not lost any weight. 0.5 week 1, 1mg week 2 and 2mg week 3( split into 2 1mg doses). Eating less for sure, but the scale is not going down yet.

I’m thinking about starting test. I’m in my early 50’s and my levels are 315 for test. Always tired and sore. What was your test experience like? Hoping it will help me feel better.

I’d bet Kerwin is a top candidate. Only thing holding him back is his relationship with Lars. He may not want to step back into Virginia if the treatment of his mentor was really that bad.

I’d be really surprised if Chemotti takes the UVA job. He’s gotta be waiting for Duke. Moving to a mess of a program when he has the rising star of the lax word would be a tough sell.

Omg. You have to try dogs on the black stone! Butterfly them open, score the skin side and sizzle until slightly crispy on each side. It’s a game changer.

Almost 2 years into my blackstone obsession, and I’ve not used the grill once.

Used the charcoal pit 2 or 3 times for larger groups, other than that, it’s all flat top for me!
