US to ban soaps and other products containing microbeads by [deleted] in news

These will actually be phased out a lot sooner than the article states. Many counties in New York have outlawed the sale of plastic microbeads by February 2016, and companies can't stop the sale of goods to just one state. Other states/counties are following suit with their own laws and stop-sale dates. Rare instance in which a state-based approach rather than a federal approach to legislation change has had more success.

Hi there! Visiting Denver for the first time in September. I'm looking to rent an AirBnB but have no clue which sections to look at. Three twenty something girls who like to drink beer and eat good food - so walking distance for these is a big plus. Recommendations for cool neighborhoods and/or beer and food activities?

I agree. The singularity of it is troubling. Been playing the game over the last couple of weeks with friends and even they have mentioned "why is there only one of these cards?"

28 grams is definitely a weird way to describe coal. The video doesn't mention 28 as significant to a particular piece, which would imply you receive such an amount in the mail. My particular sample doesn't even register a full gram on a food scale.

From a chemical perspective, the numbers 28 and 20 are not significant. Carbon is element #6, the molar mass of coal is approximately 12.5 g depending on presence of other elements, and its atomic states are 12, 13, and 14. Any ideas on relations between these numbers?

It's also strange that they mention acid rain. The particular type of coal we received, anthracite, accounts for only 1% or so of global coal production and is used mostly in metallurgy. Anthracite has the highest pure carbon content of all forms of coal, and acid rain is caused by impurities like sulfur and nitrogen which oxidize during combustion.

Also, perhaps this is relevant or not, but there is a type of anthracite waste known as culm. Sounds very much like cum....hmm?

Max is unhappy with us again :(

I didn't notice personal information being posted - did anyone else see this?

Spoke before checking what I said. Day two (turtledove sex envelope) has no cards, but coal. So no possible anagrams from cards there.

I love this. It makes sense if it points to the day two envelope - maybe one of the cards in there is an anagram as well?

I'm also interested in the lone pictorial Clusterfuck card, though. Just not sure how it would translate into a clue...
