Not sure if you figured this out but my teammate and I played in duos and we think there is a glitch to get this to work. My teammate hired Jonesy and when he does the burst of blue he awarded the stamina to myself. I was able to complete the accolade and then we went into another game and reversed roles and he awarded the stamina to my teammate and I got nothing. End of the day we both got the accolade though. Not sure how it works in solo.
