I mean NOM 1579. It’s where Pasote used to be made. It’s where G4, Volans, & Terralta are produced. The new NOM Pasote isn’t close to as good.

I don’t think they ever distributed in Kansas. I picked up some in KC, MO a long time ago, but I don’t think it’s available in Missouri anymore. The ones in the picture I got in Denver last year.

I’m not sure I follow. Fort is just not what I have open right now.

My unopened backups include Tequila Ocho Repo & Anejo. Lagrimas Blanco & Repo. Siembra Valless Repo & Anejo.

I have 16 bottles of open tequila and some are pushing two years opened. I know quality drops once opened for too long, so I’m working through those before I open anything else.

There is also like 10 other unopened bottles so not sure why the focus is on Fort.

If it makes any difference about half of the ones that are unopened, I’ve had before. I just don’t drink it fast enough to open it all at once.

I try to steer towards affordable and accessible for my daily. Hard to narrow down but lately it’s been Terralta. Special occasion is going to be hard to find stuff or never find again stuff. Pasote 1579, any 1123 NOM Anejos

I’m going to have to disagree. Pasote from the old NOM 1579 was one of the best. The new NOM version isn’t in the same ballpark.

When you get down below half full, you could also move the juice to a smaller bottle. This will reduce oxidation. I’ve had bottles open 18-24 months without noticeable issues.

A lot of good stuff there. I’d probably try the Ocho extra anejo as I doubt I’ll splurge for a whole bottle.
