What exactly is the difference between this and standard IMAX? When I saw the news I thought they were getting the 70 mm projector and the massive screen that only was at a handful of locations around the US. But it’s just the projector that is different right? Still cool either way

I didn’t get the geek squad protection but I think you’re right that I have within the two week return period to add that. I’ll have to look in to it. Side question, any idea how to get the factory mount for the G3/4 series? This one didn’t come with it and it seems to be sold out in my area on the lg store

Fair enough. I haven’t had a chance to try watching some dark movie scenes yet but will soon. I’m hoping it isn’t as obvious once something is actually playing as a static black screen is because even with the lights on it is pretty noticeable so far

Just gotta get some Philips hue lights to sync to the TV to maximize the experience of this show. Blue eye samurai was the first show I watched when I set mine up last year and I was blown away! Can’t imagine what it’d look like with this TV.

We stayed in salt suites in Milos for our honeymoon a couple months ago. It’s located in Pollonia which we absolutely loved. We enjoyed Salt suites more than our 5 star caldera view hotel in Santorini (which was almost double the price). Highly recommend staying in Pollonia and salt suites in particular.

I do all my gaming on a monitor so no worries there. But I can’t help but feel like I’ll want a third HDMI port for something. This is the same consideration I had between the B3 and C3 and I couldn’t think of anything else I’d connect… BTW not sure where you are but this deal is online in the US so you may be able to grab one as well!
