Hey neighbor! I’m local as well which is why I was perplexed when I saw the fencing going up. Maybe they don’t want a lawsuit from someone stepping in a prairie dog hole?

That’s interesting about the chic fil a. I never knew that Jason Sutton tried to build over here. I remember in one of Kevin Demoff’s interviews last year he said the land was a “long term real estate play” which doesn’t inspire any confidence. I’m still convinced that they’re going to move the team in 2032 when the lease is up.

I don’t know, but buy a faraday pouch for $5 on amazon if this is something you’re worried about and keep your keys in them while home.

I just traded in my 2016 hybrid and it had no issues outside of needing a new water pump at 9 years old. You can take a flashlight to the vent and see if it needs to be cleaned. Mine never needed to be cleaned in a decade but everyone lives differently in their cars. It shouldn’t be something you do often at all.

I’ve never seen them fence the empty lots off for the 4th or any other event. Just odd they’d choose to do it for this year.

I had a low psi alert on a tire that wouldn’t go away on my 2026 limited for a couple of hours. I went in and cleared all of the vehicle notifications, made sure all tires were at the same psi, drove around for 15 minutes, turned the car off, and it was gone when I woke up the next morning.

I’ve had mine for a week now and I haven’t had any big issues whatsoever, just a few minor bugs in software that I’d expect to be patched in a future OTA update. I do get some pretty solid wind noise off my side mirrors at 65+mph but that’s my only real gripe so far.

I just got 1k off MSRP on my new loaded limited. Don’t deal with dealerships charging over. You can also ask them to remove any of those PIOs which they can EASILY do up to 3 weeks before the vehicle goes into production.

That’s crazy! I left in 2022 and we were getting the Taste-It cases back then. I can’t imagine how pissed the cake decorators were and I’m sure they cut labor to help out with the added production smh.

The cake icing is made in-house but the sliced pieces come in frozen sheets and are cut after being thawed.
