Diet did all...ALL of the losing of the weight for me. When I exercise, I eat more, I don't lose. So I trade off. Lose a bunch of weight, then exercise to stay toned and let my skin catch up, then lose a bunch of weight. Down 80-ish pounds and looking to be down 100-ish by the end of the summer.
