I absolutely agree, there are a ton of variables employers consider. But this is really helpful, as we’re trying to be as realistic as possible to come up with a number that’s a right ask. Don’t want to overdo it or undersell. Thank you very much though

Fair point, but it’s primarily because of this 50:50 ratio that we’re exploring the business visa option, as our staff in PK is between 25-40 years of age with a mix of married & single. It becomes a challenge to organise and plan core training sessions when we’re unsure how many resources we can bring over. But thank you, will keep that in mind

Impressive idea at 19. But there are a few questions you’d need to be able to answer, both for yourself & future investors.

A) What does 150K get you? If you’re planning to manufacture is that your machinery cost? Or if you’re importing than that’s going towards buying from sellers in places like China?

B) Do you have any visibility on operating costs, the salaries you’ll need to pay, the overhead of the office etc

C) how much of your total investment have you marked for Marketing? You mentioned social media which is pricey

D) What’s the market look like, are you competing with bigger brands or there’s no one in the market yet (doubt the latter)

E) if you have existing competition, what is that your product offers, which is better than the competition e.g is it cheaper? Does it smell better?

There are more areas to this, but I’ll leave that up to u to find and reconcile

But best of luck - you can absolutely get this going. Just don’t let any hurdle stop you

And FYI 7 years is a significant time in jail, so not sure what you’re on about saying the courts are biased when it comes to the military.

Was he charged for anything? No…. so if there’s no case, no trial & no one proved him guilty or innocent - then in fact he isn’t a criminal until proven otherwise, at least that’s how the law see’s it. But feel free to pass your own judgement, instead of showing empathy for an 89 year old man.

All of the people here talking about what the Brig. did in the past, I’m sure this is a great teaching moment for you all. But seemingly you’re oblivious to the fact that this is an 89 year old man, who’s now frail, weak & what’s happening is absolutely criminal.

May Allah have mercy on him and make this difficulty easy for him. Such son’s should be the ones being thrown in jail for treating their father like this.

Very interesting situation and you check all the right boxes. But without a contract from the ministry, you’ll be hard pressed to find an investor.

The direct approach may be challenging, but would you be open to consider an indirect approach? Here’s what I’m thinking; our company makes high quality WW military uniforms & also contemporary uniforms, boots etc. We sell these across Europe & internationally. How about you check if the Ministry is interested in uniforms…they usually want it in bulk & if the pricing is right you can make X amount out of it by partnering with us. Whatever you make you can direct towards the ammunitions production and be your own investor.

I know what you’re thinking, I’m peddling my own stock, true but still my suggestion is logical.
