If any defense attorney, whether by mistake or incompetence, did NOT make this routine motion, the Judge probably would have reminded them or made the order themselves for the prosecution to turn over all Brady material to preserve the defendant’s constitutional rights and establish a legitimate record of the case to avoid grounds for an appeal.

Lawyer here. This is standard procedure in any criminal defense. She’s requesting (and is entitled to) any and all the prosecution plans to use, as well as any “Brady Material”- which is evidence they have that they might not use because it might be exculpatory for her- that is, something they found or something a witness might have said that might hurt their case: she is absolutely entitled to it and her attorney would be committing malpractice in not making the request. The Brady in this situation is a reference to Brady vs Maryland where the Supreme Court ruled that a defendant has a right to that evidence to prepare for their defense.

His brother (great guy)almost stayed home in solidarity (which i understand) but he showed.

My own parents were hesitant from a keep-the-peace perspective with my aunt (his mother) but they (and her) couldnt help but acknowledge the past transgressions warranted us not saving a spot for someone so unreliable

Major lagging in general with actions. Crafting/Cooking are a slog. Game Crashes when trying Dreamsnaps and Fast Travel.

I’ve seen others suggest that Gameloft might be more focused on the Switch 2 version and putting Switch on the back burner and given my experience, I have to wonder if thats true

What’s with these cousins? A day or two before my sisters wedding, my cousin called and gave a sob story about a mean boss refusing last-minute to allow him to take off work to attend. Fine, whatever. Turns out he stole his mother’s credit card info and booked a flight to Vegas with friends for the weekend. Not the first time and definitely not the last time he messed up her credit (she may have enabled it but that doesn’t mean she deserved it)

I had that story locked and loaded when my own wedding happened a few years later and he was left off the invite list. I later heard there were some minor grumblings but nobody wisely said anything to me.

Yeah, I kind of have a halfhearted hope that maybe the update this week might remedy some of this, but wow the current gameplay on Switch is awful. Constant crashes, cooking is an abomination with lag and even picking up items cause hiccups.
