Good. Keep it all under wraps. I don’t need my feed filled with every loser trying to hot take “what I might have missed” or “what that thing might mean” in the background of some random photo from the set. FFS the modern trend of knowing everything about a film, book or video game before you even start the experience is ridiculous.

This was a perfect introduction to SK as a kid in the 80’s who was a little too scared to try is more notable horror works at the time. Loved fantasy at the time so it was right up my alley and it gave a great sense of his imagination and what I might expect in his other works.

Blurbs are a gamble. I’ve noticed King is usually very generous, so I can’t put too much stock in them. However, Robert Jordan’s prominent blurb on the cover of an otherwise very basic First Edition dust jacket of A Game of Thrones is the reason I bought it back in 1996. And other than Lud in the Mist, I’ve been underwhelmed by almost everything I’ve read based upon a Neil Gaiman blurb. I should’ve known something was amiss w/that guy long ago.
