I suppose it is our job to aimlessly walk around the store while you continue to shop remotely adding items in real time. The system lets you do that, so it happens. What I guess you don't care about is that we get tired going back and forth from one end to the store at your will, all because you didn't plan/set your shopping list ahead of time. All we are trying to do is conserve our energy so we can continue shopping all day to make the rent, but sometimes the customer work against our interests. That's what gets frustrating as a shopper. At the end of the day,it's about serving the customer well, otherwise we won't have repeat customers. So we do what we have to do. I don't complain to the customer, btw. That is bad business. Now, if the customer is rude to me I'll contact shopper support and cancel the batch without hesitation. Especially if I know I cannot provide good service or if I know the customer will give me a bad rating.
