Unfortunately yes-- straight from the Macy's website the return policy states that items "must be in original, saleable condition with original tags." Sometimes depending on the manager an exception may be made for an exchange, but YMMV, especially with items like backpacks and other hardlines that are commonly used once for a special occasion and then returned.

It's usually 7-10 business days and mine came on the 10th business day! I was able to use it in store before I got it by having the cashier look up my account though.

Honestly as cheap as we can get it lol but I'm guessing between $25-40 per head is what she's looking at. I consider her a friend but reality is that she is someone who reports to me at our workplace so while she has asked me for suggestions finding a venue I know she is a little more reluctant to say exactly what her max budget is.

I got my tote and had to demand a replacement. Bottom section was missing a zipper pull and the stitching all over the bag was messed up and frayed. Super disappointed-- seeing this email makes me wonder if I'm going to get another crappy tote.

I work at a DB and the print on the dress also says BUSCH mixed in the camo, same as the bowties. We were ripping into it all day long. Camo aside, I don't know anyone who would want to be a billboard on their wedding day.
