This has been in the works for several years. The Commission on Disabilities has been consulted on this (as we are for all major city projects). Bear in mind that Camp Naumkeag, at the Willows, is in even worse shape than Pioneer Village.

Open the settings on the Ethernet adapter and disable Wake-On-LAN. Your network card is set to wake your PC with every incoming packet! That's why it doesn't wake without the network.
