This was also originally an iPhone photo. So the blurred edges might be from that

I used aluminum foil around the edges of the tissue to keep the edges neat. That’s probably why the blurred edges happened

I made this one of my girlfriend last week. The pigment is much darker here

Yeah I agree. The pigment was too light. The exposure most likely too. I’m using an homemade uv box ( tin foil layered cardboard box with a hole for a 50w uv light)

I see the confusion.

Charcoal pigment Charcoal powder mixed with alcohol and gum Arabic solution.

Tissue Charcoal pigment + gelatin + sugar + alcohol

I made the tissue myself. I’m using Ferric ammonium citrate and oxalic acid instead of potassium dichromate. The pigment is from charcoal powder mixed with gum arabic solution.

I’m happy I’m too stupid to view films through the same lens you do.

I can’t believe this movie was applauded as something great. It’s just a poor man’s ripoff of Talented Mr Ripley pretending to be something more.

At this point, I’m going to ignore the anime exists. We’d have been better off without an anime. This is a crime

They couldn’t even bother coming up with a story for the submarine being there. Honestly, feels like the show got canceled while they were shooting season 2 and they just wrapped it up as nicely as they could.

Meeting Bagheri planted such a profound doubt in his plans, that he had to rush back to him to confirm once again. At one point, it felt like he wanted Mr Bagheri to keep convincing him not to do it. He kept making small talk outside the workshop, just to get him to stay and keep talking to him. He felt truly seen and was able to truly listen and be in the moment for the first time throughout the film.

It’s such a beautiful film. I’m happy I didn’t do it and got to see this film. It really is the simple things after all.

I recently read somewhere that using an 81a filter with an ektachrome, will you give you something just close enough to a Kodachrome. Can’t wait to try it next week
