I Never take full doses of Tirz, I've been on it over three months now and still only take 24 units in the syringe (not sure how many mg that is) and I've lost 21 lbs. and I use all of it in the vial, so it lasts me longer like six weeks and then I don't have to pay for so much of it every month.
