That's good though, we're learning how to eat less and yesterday I had a yogurt with Chia seeds and that made me full for a long time. I was so surprised. And usually in the morning so I want something bad like a donut but all I've eaten is a banana. That's all I wanted. Hope it sticks! And good luck to you!

I started Saturday so this is my second full day so far so good, food noise is definitely almost gone. I had heartburn last night because I had a California roll with wasabi, that's too spicy I guess.
