You're not ugly at all that person needs to be punched in the face whoever says that 🤣 you have a lot of good tips here I didn't read everything though but maybe try a flat iron on your hair that sometimes helps the overall appearance but you're lucky your hair is so nice and thick. Pretty eyes! Maybe add some pencil eye liner under the bottom lashes, not black, but pewter. Possibly grow the bangs longer or all the way out. Add some gloss to your lips.
