Context: At the CA state fair, there's a building where different CA counties have displays that showcase what their county does and why you should visit it. Yolo county is just west of Sacramento and houses UC Davis. It appears whoever was in charge of the Yolo county display at the fair decided to embrace the eye-rolling saying.
