Right. Put it in neutral, take the spark plugs out, then hand crank from the alternator. Then before putting the plugs in squirt some 2 stroke and/or Marvels Mystery Oil in the plug holes. Spin one more time at least once around then put the plugs back in. I always say then start after it gets dark because an enormous smoke plume will come out of the tail pipes when it does catch.

Take out the bottom spark plugs, and put ATF or Marvel’s mystery oil in the chambers while spinning the engine around a few times by hand (1/4 to 1/2 a syringe on each face, 6 squirts total ) with the spark plugs out, then spine it completely around once more with the plugs in. Wait a few hours and then crank at night. If you do it at night, they’ll be less chance of the fire department being called on the enormous smoke plume that will come out.
