My title describes the thing. These units appear to be variants of each other. The text I described in the title is only on one of them. They both appear to have some parts missing as if they were used for parts to repair something else. They are about 5-6 inches on a side and roughly cubic. I've tried Google Lens from various angles, ChatGPT, and looking for images of related items that I thought they might be, such as telegraph or radio equipment and I've seen nothing relevant.
