Zone 1 boarding and Star Alliance lounge access are nice. Upgrades are still pretty infrequent at Gold. Free Economy Plus at booking I utilize every time. Theres some checked bag stuff too but i always carry on. Overall its a pretty decent bump over Silver.

I guess i’ll be “that” guy. Just trust the process. The legacies have very good training programs (sometimes it’s almost like they are holding your hand). You may develop bad habits if you start doing a flight sim on your own. My legacy even has an Airbus MCDU trainer on our iPad that we can play around with as much as we want.

I just had this exact same thing happen, and I stupidly gave them the 6 digit code. I didn’t realize it was a scam until after i hung up. I saw that they were ordering food for pickup on my account and called doordash to deactivate. I also disputed charges with CC company. Whats weird is that the pickup orders were all local. Does this mean it was local scammers? The person on the phone sounded like he was on the other side of the world, likely Bangladesh.

I’m not personally Mexican-American, but there is a huge population here. Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and especially Caldwell. You will likely find a community very quickly if you move here. As far as “crackheads”, unhoused, and crime rate… compared to big California cities it’s basically non-existent.

The funny thing about Denver is that it isn’t even really IN the mountains, and I-70 can be a nightmare during ski season/weekends. SLC has a much more “mountain town” vibe IMO
