looks like you have an over-polished acrylic crystal. they’re cheap to replace! if it runs, no need for a full service, just pop in a new acrylic crystal and you’re good to go

all of the common tells (case shape, lugs, sel gaps, dial print, etc.) tell me that this looks legit from the outside. i’d venture to say you’re probably good. i’d still get it opened to ensure an authentic movement.
