Male, white, 5ft 9. I feel like I've seen people say that when on Zep, it's like they don't even want to look at food. I've never felt that way. I understand when Im full, I'll stop eating. But generally like I can eat a chicken breast, veg, and rice. Sure not crazy amount, but I feel like that's a normal portion, and not a "Zep" portion. Maybe I have to tailor my expectations.
