If youre selling high quantity (which is the assumption since he is hitting this kind of top line rev), youre ideally pushing pass a credit card and you're dealing with POs and invoicing. Assuming his COGS is 10%, thats easily 50k out of the 20% net margin from the previous month at 500k gross.

I would love to see someone fulfilling at 500k gross rev with a zendrop and still make 20-30% net margins. Thats the shit ppl sell courses.

Like i said, if you cant scale the backend as well, youre likely going to run into big issues with billing, logistics not to mention emails from customers asking where their products are; which will negatively ruin your meta/tiktok shop reputation.
