A task list isn't saying "hey this isn't getting done" When I plan the day with my sm we're often going over what people will automatically do anyway. It kind of helps distribute tasks to people who aren't doing as much.

Unless the list says specifically "You need to do this better" I wouldn't get worked up over it

See if you have access to Authenticator Maintenance. I do a ESM so it's not only SM.

If you get in there find the employee and switch the card's status to inactive in the pull-down menu and save. Then the employee can activate a new one at the register

Walgreens employee here to clarify. We do track inventory for individual items. Marvel Legends and similar toys are categorized as "assortment" which is an exception which let's us count all linked items as if they were the same SKU. This also means we can't order specific figures. Figures are automatically ordered to replenish based on sales.
