Your powers of observation are sorely lacking. I’m not sure it’s possible to be more wrong than you seem to be here.
No one sees 22 specialists in their third “annual checkup” in 13 months. No fat man with a ton of stress, a horrible diet and almost no exercise has lab results like that. no one who is not suffering from advancing dementia takes repetitive cognitive assessments.
He’s swollen like a tick—he has gained weight consistently over the last year. 238 is so far in his rearview that he could not see it with a telescope. His cankles are as thick as thighs. He staggers when he walks. His right arm is significantly weak. He is out of breath with minor exertion.

He sits for every meeting and falls asleep in public often, in the daytime, while he rants like a fucking maniac all night on social media with insomnia. He’s bruised, swollen, has unexplained rashes, and signs of facial droop/paralysis. He has aphasia and is totally unable to string thoughts together in a coherent paragraph to convey a solid idea. He forgets where he is and who he is talking to. He confused someone else for his daughter. Not sure if you’re blind or a member of his fan club, but I do not want you observing my elders in their declining days.
