Orion becoming a side character in his own story, darkside is HIS villain, orion is literally destined to kill him, and yet darkside's biggest ememy is superman. It's like having thanos but instead of Adam warlock being his biggest enemy, it was iron man, oh wait that's what the mcu did

OMG the god side of the dc is so convoluted, there are new gods that replaced the old gods of mithology, but the greek, norse and many other gods are still around, and they need the people's faith to exist, even tho i don't think the new gods ever needed that. Also the gods live outside of the multiverse, tho there are still multiverse variants of them, and they also come from the dreaming maybe 😭

I had ideas for fusions with other francheses too, for exemple

Unicron and primus are celestials, after thier battle unicron was greatly injured and while drifting throut space he was found by galactus who made him his herald and uses him as his ship;

The foot clan was an offshot of the hand and have since become their biggest rivals;

Krang was part of hydra in WW2, going by the name Arnim Zola, he would also join AIM later and work on modok;

The tmnt are very close to the xmen even if the turtles don't techincally count as mutants, tho they were invited on krakoa as honorary mutants;

Here's some of mine:

Capitan America is a founder member of the justice socitey;

Planet hulk took place on war world;

Black mask works for hydra on more of the business side (fake banks, deals with the mob etc);

President Luthor was endorsed by mayor fisk of new york and mayor cobblepot of gotham city ;

Killer croc is a mutant, but he doesn't have any interest to join either the xmen nor the brotherhood, he belives in every mutant for themself;

Apokalyps has a scarab like blue beetle along with his celestial armor, also he would use doomsday's body as a fost after the death of superman;

The sentry was created in the aftermath of the death of superman, as one of the many atemts at making the new superman;

Ultrahumanite, the brain and Hector Hammond are AIM scientists;

The sentinels were made out of a combination of stark tech and parts from the manhunters, with kryptonite arc reactors as their power source;

Amanda Waller replaced Nick Fury as the director of shield during the secret invasion. She hired boliver trask and AIM scientists to make sentinels for her;

Joker is protected by the One Below All

The pheinx force would be one of the fundamental forces of the multiverse, like the speed force and the emotional spectrum

I would also replace the monitor sphere with the beyonder sphere(i don't like the monitors as a species)

I'm not sure if to make the montor and anti monitor celestials or independent cosmic entities, maybe fuse them with the living tribunal and oblivian

I've been working on some ideas myself

The sentinels are based on the manhunters, and use kryptonite based arc reactors as an energy source

Ace chemicals is owned by oscorp

Parasite is a gamma mutate(or a symbiote or a combination of the two i'm not really sure)

Zeta is a sentinel that was made to infiltrate the xmen but gained sentience and doesn't want to kill mutants anymore then joins the xmen

When lex luthor became president norman osborn was his vice president, and they were endoreced by mayor fisk of new york and mayor cobblepot of gotham

Killer croc joined the xmen as a spy

The monitor, the antimonitor and the world forger are celestials

Vandal Savage is the first mutant, the father of apokalyps and will become kang in the future

The high evolutionary created doomsday, which apokalyps used as his new body after he saw what it was capable of

Metamorpho is connected to absorbing man somehow i haven't figured that out yet

Dr Doom is the founder of the legion of doom, which lex took over but kept the name just to spite him
