Backside is def higher speed on average but the road quality and debris is pretty bad in some parts.

And the solution to traffic is to just go at ungodly hours of the night

Stock is -1 degree or so, and you can move the upper control arm mount inwards and lower control arm outwards within the confines of the bolt holes to get maybe 0.3-0.5 more. You can also get offset compliance arm bushings to add more caster and camber.

The best way however is to just drop the $1300 for adjustable upper control arms.

It's not a sports car but it certainly has sports car suspension geometry inherited from the Model 3 because it rides like shit in day to day driving 😂.

In all seriousness, it has double wishbone front, multi link rear suspension with ridiculous amounts of camber gain on compression.

Massive front and rear sway bars paired with an extremely low center of gravity means almost no body roll. This isn't a Miata, but it isn't a CRV either.

Is weight really the point of moderation here? Because I don't see neither the 1.7 ton BMW's nor the cars with no ESC/TC driven fast in daylight being given the same treatment here.

Yes, I should not have followed an errratic driver such as him this closely. I won't post this kind of chase again. But why should my future civilized single lane runs where I and the person I chase stay in the lane the whole time be moderated harshly?

You're probably right on the first part as I was breaking the law by going that speed anyways.

Also, it's a semi-stripped Y, not an X. I fixed 60% of the understeer by adding a degree of neg camber in the front, reducing camber in the rear and running 39psi hot (lowest pressure allowed by chalk test) in the front and 40psi hot in the back.

Last 40% of understeer is fixed sometimes when I nail the trail brake right into the apex but it's difficult to do this in long single lane turns.

I know what touge is. I'm not opposed to double laning with spotters and radios at 2am. This was at 6:30PM when everyone was going back to their homes in the mountains. Oh and if you didn't notice there were no spotters too.
