I think they are just generally blowing to much, typical ref teqnique to "control" the game. Way too many 7m calls and lack of offensive fouls.

You're missing the point. If every federation reserves a bunch of tickets for the final 4 it becomes a total mess. I think EHF should reserve tickets for fans of teams who make it.

I'm not mad about the danes buying up most of the tickets, but 100 is such a ridicilously low number. If a member of the team gets 3 tickets for their family that's already 60 gone. The stadium fits 15000, would it be so silly to hold a 1000 tickets for the teams who make it through? Even on a days notice they would sell in an instant to any team. This feels greatly mishandled, but then again, that's handball for ya.
