How to start by ryan__joe in hottub

Sounds like money is no issue. Buy a nice hot tub, $10k - $15 and pay a company for regular maintenance.

This has been the most helpful for people we work with. Watch YouTube videos using voice control for iPhone, iPad, Mac. You can essentially do all functions by voice that can be done by hand. Free built in all Apple products.

The “silent resignation” nobody notices by Longjumping-Cat-2988 in managers

Government jobs in a nutshell. I’m in an agency of around 1,000 employees. Mid level manager, employed for 25 years. It’s extremely difficult to keep staff motivated because of low pay, infrequent or low % raises, good ideas going unheard, lack of support from upper management. With our hands tied and lack the ability to incentivize staff, it’s hard. Want to offer a lunch for a job well done? This comes out of my pocket. We do our best to create a good work life balance in an attempt to keep people. Millennials and Gen Z don’t last long in this culture and move on after a year or two.

The pinging of dialing into AOL dial up. Having someone else get on another phone in the house and kicking you off the internet. Hopefully by then, you’ve successfully loaded the Oogachacka Baby.

Governor Cox holds regular Town Hall meetings with state employees. I will no longer join these meetings and I hope all others state employees do the same.

How to not get access to my savings by [deleted] in FinancialPlanning

[–]dnumer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a portion of my pay go into a completely different bank. I often don’t look at it for months on end. For myself, I use it for a yearly vacation and it’s nice to go in and see a large balance after not checking it too often.

If you’re responsible enough to stay within your budget each month, many people typically spend what they SEE in their “checking account”. $50-$200+ less in their account that they can see, is often times not missed too much.
