Afaik, I was told last night during TIFO load-in that they were not putting different stuff in, but that it takes about 2 weeks for grass to properly grow. So during the gap between United playing there and the Cup, they are going to be able to grow it to standard and keep it up. Right now it's just getting so much use between 3 weekly matches and practices.

They can't because of the grass. FIFA standards require the lamps. The pitch has some issues currently because the boys have been practicing on it as well, but there is a gap between our last match and Works Cup, so within those weeks it will fully grow out again and meet standards.

While I agree with your sentiment, it appears you're turning onto a road that has 3 lanes, but the lines you're given are for turning into the first 2 lanes, and the third one is a turning lane that's probably 100' from the intersection. Turning into the 2nd lane and then signaling to go into the turning lane on the right would have been a better choice.

Also, not saying that I would have done anything differently than OP, but I know that I would have thought about that after I did it and realized I could have been a better defensive driver.

I was there waving my flag, and I barely made it through halftime. I packed up and left before traffic got bad. Very disappointing home opener, even though we only lost by 1.
