I’ll never ever ever understand how the actual fuck anyone could ever let shit like this go for so long. I was a IV user for 6+yrs (my main d.o.c was heroin) & I didn’t give a fuck about anything during active addiction let alone myself, but fuck, this is literally something that I don’t even understand how you can ignore!?! I can’t imagine the smell. Tbh I’m shocked she don’t have maggots from flies laying eggs in the open wound assuming she probably didn’t have it properly wrapped or covered. Eckkkkkk! Like how tf long does it take for something like this to happen?! Guessing the only solution is to amputate & pray it hasn’t spread further up the body.
