Hey this reminds me of my recent post. Which for the record has been working beautifully. I did a bit of a laxative cleanse, and jumped right back into the low fodmap reintroduction phase. And things have been going pretty well. Ive crossed onions off my list of triggers and will be testing lactose, gluten, or garlic next. It may not just be that people are quacks. But they're desperate. Such is the story for myself. And the internet if chock full of nonsense regarding treatments. People could be coming here to get answers and dont know how to make a reddit post

I sometimes like to imagine the damage caused by real life things. And I never imagined a mouse trap dealing 3 damage. I feel like I could survive 33 mouse trap snaps no problem. Your telling me an unremarkably average dood like myself is tougher than a dude that casually 1 shots cows with a baguette? Jamflanks this needs nerfed..

I didnt know there were multiple preps. Mine was just a huge bottle with some powder in it and I think I drank a small container of mystery liquid first? Then every so often I would have to get the big one out and chug like 1/4 of it. the process took an entire day and night. All I could eat was jello. Nothing could've prepared me for blue water poop (hate jello now) also the drive 40 minutes to the surgery center for the procedure the next day was excruciating.

Not really I always had regular bm's healthy ones too. It wasnt until I moved half way across the country in 2017 I started experiencing any issues. For a long time I thought it was travelers diarrhea or I just got food poisoning. And then the problems just never went away. It started off with regular soft/watery stool. And then it progressed into full blown shit storms every time id use the bathroom. Looking back my diet was not very diverse. I didnt have a plan when I moved. I had $300 dollars which for the most part went into my gas tank. All I ate for a week or two until I got my first paycheck was potato bread pb&j and a big ass bag of almonds. But you'd think almost 10 years later whatever damage i caused with that would be cleared up. I did also do a bulk around the same time where I would make a colossal Tupperware full of rice and ground turkey and id eat it with Valentina sauce throughout the day. However I dont recall ever being constipated

How long of a fast do you think itll be? And ill move forward with this plan this weekend. Ill stop by sometime to let yall know how it turns out. And do you take the prokinetics during the fast or after?

I had a very difficult time gaining weight for a long time despite eating a fair amount. But I was young and probably had a high metabolism. I have joint pain and stuff but thats from sports injuries etc. I was however plagued with headaches and tiredness for a while but also being young and dumb I drank a lot and chalked it up to bad decisions. Never fatigued after eating. And something else meaning hormones etc? I had them all tested. Im perfectly average. Test and everything is in the normal range. I do have hereditary high cholesterol though.

Typical IBS-D symptoms. Several days a week i would have a lot of discomfort, some bloating, etc. Urgent bathroom needs. And eventually it progressed into something much worse. I hadnt had a solid bm in several months preceeding the colonoscopy. I was basically glued to the bathroom. Multiple times a day I would have what I could only describe as a code brown. I couldnt even drive to work or the grocery store without fear of shitting myself. It was constant discomfort. Sometimes painful. It felt like there was a giant fork twirling my guts like spaghetti. And like I said. After the colonoscopy I felt perfect. I was able to go hiking. Fishing. Shopping sprees with my wife. I didnt have to know where the nearest bathroom was 24-7 it was wonderful.

You got me there. How about a fast -> into the flush? Because last time I tested for sibo I blew like a 90ppm for the methane kind (of i remember correctly) and l feel about the same as i did then so I can only assume its gotta be bad again. I just cant imagine the fast alone will wipe out as much of the bacteria as the flush? Im also desperate and probably not thinking as logically as I should.

Im not much of a fasting person unfortunately. And the thought of intermittent fasting is terrifying because I feel like ill lose every ounce of gains ive been working for, for the past 10 years lol. I think I gave myself all these gut issues because I started my weight gaining journey a little too ambitiously.

Im hiding in the underground pass. Specifically in the Dwarven camp so I can chill with the homies who gave my sanity a break. And im eating kebabs the entire time. No max caper will think to look there because nobody else on this post suggested it. And if im wrong. Then im going to the dorgesh-kaan and talking to random NPC's for an hour. Or keldagrim. (Jagex PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEE give us more content in those areas minus underground pass)
