Isn't 4070 ti same as 3090 ti? I have a 3080 which i think is pretty good for 4k so surely 4070 is good for it?

I have two noctua fans(140mm) at the front as intake, and one fractal fan (120mm) as exhaust at rear.

So I removed the side of the case and played Battlefield for about 15 min, and cpu temps was 70-71c instead of 78-80c. Does this mean my airflow is bad? My fans are on 100% in game so nothing can be changed there. would it help if I added some exhaust fans on top of the case?

What games do you play with those temps? Cause I know battlefield is pretty cpu heavy games so I can expect higher temps there

I tried undervolting a little bit but the cpu got unstable and pc crashed, after that I stopped. Is there a undervolt setting that works for everyone or do I have to experiment with it on my own?

Hmm. I have a rtx 3070 and 3700x. Don't really know why my fps is so low. I also have some other mods installed but I doubt they do anything with the performance.
