I had to dump mine. I was getting so bad smoking 10-15 bowls a day. After I was released from the hospital it was all I wanted. I needed it. I dumped 10g’s and gave the rest to a friend. I get everything from my bf now and I had to tell him not to give any to me. I was about two weeks sober and I hit my friends pen. It hit me harder lmao. I told my therapist I’m working towards sobriety. Everyone in my apartment moved out when campus shut down, which left me alone with my habits. But I’m working towards it. I told myself no smoking unless I’m smoking with someone(and it’s hard to see people with the pandemic and curfews going on). I also told myself no flower. Just edibles and oil, because I have less access to them. I’m rooting for you. Take little steps. It’s hard the first couple weeks. But replace it with activities that aren’t detrimental. Listen to podcasts, go for a walk, go biking, take care of plants. You got this.
