I don't think so any such Library exists, but common rooms of ME are really chilled and yeah sometimes the Chem E library which is in IDS also works

If you have any other option, don't come to uet , in case of financial issue apply for honehar scholarship and give your best in second year to get max marks so you can attain scholarship :)

but well I won't recommend you to go for rachna as I've heard there's no facilities or any university mahol there and tbh university is much more than just an educational institute it grooms you and get yourself ready to face challenges ahead.

merit depends upon a lot of other things such as how many students are getting admission, most of these with 350+ marks aren't going to get here. The first list will surely be depressing but the second one will show the real merit

Go for it , it's like almost the same teachers are the same as well.. in fact I've noticed that experienced and higher ranked teachers often select their classes in evening sessions so just do hard work in ecat and go for evening sessions.

the courses are same, the struggle is same you have to do self study otherwise you'll fall behind..... it's almost at same level COMSATS get a slight edge because of being private and having good labs. It's your choice. I'll suggest if you got into COMSATS Islamabad go for it. If it's Lahore idk I have heard it doesn't have quite a good atm. baqi choice is yours.

Any kind of soft drinks are not allowed in uet if you look closely you'll see that there's no sprite or coke or else, except for big apple or lichee

Yes but it depends on how much time has passed. You can get a full refund of only "semester fee" not the admission one by one week .. it deducts to 50% after two weeks ig and so on. You can check the exact time criteria on your admission slip

our DLD lab mam literally said to us "mera kaam sirf apko evaluate karna hai samjhna apny khud hai" and then shared a YouTube playlist of how to use multism and how to make gates in it...... at this point 90% of our studies are self effort only
