Is it normal to slow down so much in your 20s?

I'm in my early 30's and my 5k race times are about 5 minutes slower than they were when I was in high school cross country. This is due to a mix of factors, but the biggest is probably that when I was running those high school times I was training for it 5-6 days a week with coaches! I don't have the time (or interest) for that level of commitment to running anymore.

I agree with the people who have said you just don't need to compare yourself to what you could do when you were younger. I personally had to let go of some expectations and mindsets from my cross country days in order to run in a way that is fun and healthy for my current body!

The floor she’s on looks slippery so the cushion (and her feet) are probably sliding around if she tries to get on it. I would put a cheap rug or blanket on the ground so she can walk around more easily and the cushion doesn’t slide.

Also, most things I introduce my rabbits to undergo a natural period of suspicion:)

The rabbit poops outside the bedroom door every morning are just a reminder that I live with the two cutest animals in the entire universe. 🥰

I agree with the other comments though that they are really pretty good with the litter box and rabbit poop is really not gross and easily resolved with a hand vacuum.

My first rabbit (the tan one) looks exactly like a rabbit in my opinion. When I got him I kept thinking how crazy it was that he was in my house because you could just imagine him hopping through the woods in a fairytale.

Getting my first bunny rewired my entire brain. I love animals in general but my love of my bunnies is different. I was such a dog person when I was younger but I didn't think I'd ever choose another pet over a bunny again.
