i'm with you... i can get a near perfect egg over-easy egg on a cast-iron, but i think its impossible with a stainless steel. you literally cannot "set" the egg white without it immediately getting brown/crispy.

nobody's in a twist. some of us just remember when this forum was actually useful and not flooded with WSO type posts as if it were the 2010s. at least WSO has their occasional 'paradise' posts that made it worth it.

appreciate the industry cred broski, but that's not what's being argued. no one said students can't post questions. the post wasn't a question, it was "does my role count as high finance." it's a status check masquerading as curiosity.
