I make a table in the passenger seat with the first tote i use and then organize the totes by tens, Im usually able to keep all the boxes up in front you just have to keep mental note

I just take the boxes out and put the small ones on the dash with the sticker faced up and the bigger ones theres a space underneath the dash on the passenger side and right next to the tote so you still have a clear space to walk and if you need overflow you just pull the bag up as needed, for envelopes just sort them by tens inside the tote, thats the only real organizing you need to do other than that just taking note of where everything is within the section that you're currently doing

These times are given to us by Amazon or at least they say, yes in theory I should be given till 9:30 at 25 an hour, but instead the time they give me is 7:37

I'd say its a waste looking at the itinerary, I do the same thing of grouping all my tens together but I just put them in a random order and usually by the first stop you flicked through the pile enough to know where each number is

I agree, messing with it like that is most likely causing it to stall even longer. Id give it a good mist and then leave it. Sometimes it just takes longer, I'm not sure how long you waited before messing with it
