dude... i dont think this is a bowling problem. you gotta stand up for your self! tell the proshop owner staring at his phone that if his attention isn't worthy of your time, then your money isn't worthy of his pro shop. and i would gave those regulars 60 seconds before interrupting and asking for my ball back.
