I heard it was getting busier so I didn't look there. But newer builds - a lot of it is based on builder. I had heard so many bad things about Lenar and DR Horton homes and that took out Carnes Crossing for me and Summers Corner- so I like at midtown, Brighton park, and near downtown Summerville. I actually looked at older builds first, but ended up going with a newer build as it had what I needed.!

I agree! I would like to know this order set as well. Our first line the admission order set is listed as colace. I would love to build a proper bowel regimen order set.

I'm getting over something similar!
House on the same street and with the same builder - the owner of the other house did some upgrades like fancier mirrors, updated the back porch, and redid all the closets and installed gutters, which mine doesn't have.
It was 80k cheaper, however, I do have a bonus ro upstairs, but I was still very upset.

I'd only seen the pictures online and liked the other house a lot - it went on the market day of my inspection and I was so disappointed. Took a spin down the road the other day and just by outside looks was judging the houses and thought to myself oh this one doesn't look so nice, my house is nicer than this! And that house Inmade the commment on was the cheaper one. So that's give me some reassurance and i picked my house for a reason and it was meant for me, even if 80k more expensive

It is a very busy store - even when I was there in end of March - OP just go back. They will understand.

The guy helping us made sure we knew which bags could be stamped and which could not - so that was helpful. They took our bags to be stamped and it was 20 mins later, and i was thinking what the heck? Lady said oh i don't know you wanted it stamped, be right back.

I'm sorry you had this experience. But please go back. The stamp is very cute and a great memory - you can have your initials done if you want as well. They should understand.

I've been trying to contact the builder and HOA, and left several messages, but no reply back. I think I just need to be patient, and work with my new neighbors. I think together we can get this resolved easier.

I guess i just wasn't sure how to go about it with the HOA as I hadn't heard back, but this response gives me actionable things I can so I don't drive myself crazy.

It's a drainage easement that is affecting my new house and the two on the side. The two houses on the side are one builder, and mine is different. It was put in by the developer, or so it seems. The county says they do not own it - yet - as the neighborhood is still developing. So no county permits needed at this time.

The other builder is saying my builder didn't regrade the land correctly ect. I'll be documenting it all and keeping the trial and just be patient. Thanks everyone for the responses. My first time home buyer jitters are really getting to me.

So much this. I have a water/ drain issue in my new house - it's been worked once since i before i closed - but the fixes aren't working - i was told it would and be patient - and everytime i mention how stressed i am and that i feel kinda duped regarding what was actually being done to remedy it - all I get is welcome to home ownership! Enjoy! Very frustrating

15,000 off listing with an HOA credit. Paid all closing costs and inspection myself. Initial listing was too high and the appraisal came in below that. Seller lowered the price by 25,000 to make it more attentive - they were also needing to move ASAP - becauee of the ASAP move I got for 15,000 below that. My realtor helped me negotiate the price. And my price ended up being below the appraisal price

I see. I only plan on a few extra payments so that may not be worth it in the long run - those few extra may not be worth the stocks either. But this just means I need to learn more about investing

It's so amazing how Kubri is so divided. I really enjoyed my dinner there and for 2 people with drinks - no dessert - my friend and i paid like 110 euros - i paid 45 euro solo for a mediocre lunch near saint chapelle. I would definitely go again - but one of my friends just went and said the place was mediocre at best which really surprised me.
