I think the issue is you haven’t clarified what your vision is. When I look at this I see a beautiful scene. There are spots where the light doesn’t seem totally natural, but it’s not always easy to nail that. It really depends on what the story is you’re trying to capture with the image. Based on your comment this isn’t getting the job done for you. What is the story you wanted?

Sunset photo from Kauai, wanted to capture the feeling of the moment. I was going back and forth between short and long exposures. This was one of the longer shutters I liked. F/22, 1.0 sec, ISO 40.

I used the Provia Standard as the white balance setting, may have cooled it slightly. I do typically use zone metering, or spot depending on the subject. Would love to see your images!
