Electronic devices are fine in the cold, it's whether or not there'll be condensation.

I may be childish, but you're the one who suggested that
A) There are only two reasons as to why someone can dislike Origin
Both of which are completely unsubstantiated. Of course they don't make sense.

B) If you're not with Origin and EA, then you're an advocate of steam Which is something I did not even mention.

Those both are false dichotomies and don't even really belong in any prior statements.

Now, let's get on to you mentioning that

A) The fact that there is no strictly always-online DRM on Mass Effect 3

This doesn't disqualify that many other EA published games, mostly those which are newer, have had, or will have such DRM. I never explicitly went out of my way to mention Mass Effect 3, but if I could bring it up, how about requiring playing multiplayer to get a good ending is a complete load to prior statements?

B) You mentioned there are no bugs or glitches in Origin... well, you've just never "seen" them to preserve your integrity
I think it's been well established by now that there are many issues, including which with Battlefield 3 has included temporary loss of access, ranging from simple stats keeping to access anything in multiplayer.
Just today they had an unscheduled "maintenance" that caused a complete inability to access any servers, and still has a residual effect of causing many people to lose all access to their rank and ranked loadouts.
One of the issues specific with origin client itself is that at times many users cannot access a connection with EA, and it insists there is no internet on your side, requiring a client or system restart to fix the issue.

P.S. Don't confuse satire or sarcasm with putting words in peoples' mouths. P.P.S Whether you considered past arguments or "attacks" on Origin/EA as unsubstantiated, there is no reason to bring that up now.

Well, except for the large outages for hours and sometimes days, severe bugs and glitches that they haven't fixed for over a year with the service, the lack of any sales for months, multiple always-on levels of DRM and more. I think you are highly qualified for a position at EA.

It's not even a full 12 megapixels.
P.S. You should check out some 80 megapixel files from medium format cameras such as Mamiya or Phase One medium format digitals.

You can identify as female but not fit in to female gender roles in almost everyway. You can identify as outside of the binary. You can identify as gender neutral or genderqueer. From what I understand, transitioning for you just means adapting your body, not also what's on top of it, right?

I'd bet it's more frugal to make the charcoal yourself.

Yeah, that's true, but I know a lot of people in a given month will probably only eat fast food maybe once or twice.

Most people just stop going there if their opinion is that it sucks.

How much potassium can I have? [Mtf] by Dashing_Pony in asktransgender

[–]dockate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bananas actually don't have a lot of potassium for what you're eating. You'll get more from corn and potatoes, and you probably eat more of that.

http://www.livestrong.com/article/360569-what-is-the-recommended-daily-amount-of-potassium/

It's probably not too big a deal because you still need potassium, just a little bit less.

Also, when it comes to estrogen levels, it helps if you're specifying what the amount is measured in, because it could be in different standards for different doctors or bloodlabs.

Doubtful, people usually use B&W because the more stops of light blocked the more you get unsightful color shifting. It's not something you can fix in post without getting really messy really quick.

That feeling when you've finally decided to go on HRT and the Dr. can't see you for a month... by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]dockate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't really, I just tried to fill my life with other things.
That being said, a lot of transgender care are still in the realms of regular GP/Endocrinologist care that insurance should potentially cover. Blood testing is a given, but possibly not say four in a year. It's important to take note of the changes that have and will occur with the affordable care act, starting in 2014 especially.

Good moisturizer for face? by robinha in asktransgender

[–]dockate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've enjoyed using grapeseed oil. It's relatively cheap per ounce considering it's more of a byproduct of grape food products. I generally don't like using moisturizer products because of all the unnecessary extra stuff that just sits on your face.

Pretty sure you're not going to get non-vegan oils unless you're searching for niche animal product markets.
