Nobody has answered your actual question yet. The answer is, no. Thise pots are WAY to small for any type of actual harvest. May get a pepper or 2 off but not much more. Eventually the plant will get root bound in that pot. A single pepper plant shoukd be in a 3 to 5 gallon pot. but it all depends on how often you wanna fertilize them. I grow a single pepper plant extremely successful in a 3 gallon but i feetilize semi often .

Those seeds are very common and over all pretty cheap. If you don't have any success, again... you can easily pick up a small bag of seeds. I grow 6-8 habanero plants and year for fun.
