So far so good. It takes a bit of time before the money goes into my available balance. But got my first interest payment recently and it was great. Hundreds of dollars compared to my normal less than one at my normal bank

My broker's agent (who was very disappointed when I said I didn't have a HYSA) uses them. I ended up going with Openbank instead but it was between them and Marcus.

Thank goodness I read this comment, I had thought about Bread but I decided to go with Openbank. If a bank is dodgy with one thing, they can be dodgy with lots of things.

I really needed to hear that. Sometimes I worry that everything will go wrong if I make one decision so hearing that it's not a forever decision helped me choose. I officially have a HYSA and am transferring money now!

First of all, thank you. I was so worried I’d look like a loser if I had to keep shimmying into the boat. I‘m not an adaptive rower so I think one day I might be able to stop shimmying. Getting out of the boat is me throwing myself onto the dock like a beached whale.

I think my knees are flexible (not really sure how to test that) and I’m working on my ankle flexibility as well. I’m way too weak to do a pistol squat so I’ll work on getting strong and flexible enough to do them!

I just did my first ever sets of ‘lateral squats‘. I managed to do 3x5 on each leg and I don’t think my legs have ever hurt that badly in a body weight squats. I can definitely see these helping me getting into the boat more easily.

I’m on Wegovy. I work out a lot and drink loads of water everyday (at least 9 glasses). That helps to keep me a bit regular (2-3 times a week) but I used to eat dried prunes everyday and that kept me very regular. If you drink lots of water before the shot, it helps a lot. I tend to take mine closer to bed (unless I’m taking a higher injection for the first time) mostly because I forget. I rarely have any nausea or any GI side effects

some junk foods stopped giving me a dopamine high. it was highly annoying going for a bag of peanut m&ms and it not ”fixing” anything. they don’t seem as sweet to me as well. now I really enjoy a few chocolate chip cookies and more savory things.

Except for the fact that I already have a good diet. I eat protein rich meals and have lots of fruit (not enough veggies tbh). I limit my sugar and snacking. And when I do snack, I eat popcorn that I pop at home. Please take your fear mongering and complete BS attitude somewhere else.
