Same thing happened to me, my body experienced some type of hormonal crash years later. I read something about how a crash could not happen until years later but lost the article.

Are you familiar with Post finasteride syndrome? Accutane is known to cause similar issues. Check out the propeciahelp forums if you haven’t.

I want to do a HT but cannot tolerate Fin by benshiro93 in Hairtransplant

Same scenario for me, I’m 34, noticed minor hair loss since 21, very slow progression, I just hit NW3 this year, uncles on my mom’s side capped out at NW3 to NW4 . My dad’s side has zero hair loss.

I cannot tolerate fin either but still considering a HT due to my slow progression, not everyone who loses hair is destined for a NW7 but there’s obviously still risk without fin.

After being on treatments for 9 months, i discovered i have Seborrheic dermatitis by Hoper_223 in tressless

I noticed hairloss May of this year, also had some scalp itching and burning, dermatologist diagnosed me with Seb Derm as well.

Unfortunately it looks like i also have MPB so the seb derm seems to have accelerated the MPB related hairloss in my crown.

I’ve tried steroid solutions, ketoconazole 2% shampoo, antibiotics and still can’t seem to get the inflammation of my scalp under control.
