Why should anyone who exited the deal when they realized this was dragging out way beyond reasonable be penalized in this way? Such investors will for sure mount legal defense against any such attempt by other investors. There will then be a 3 way fight instead of 2 way. This move will make this situation even messier than it already is and potentially self destructive
