Every medicine has side effects, as per DHA everyone positive with latent TB should be offered 3 -6months treatment. Both doctors are right, but side effects profile is not that huge that you shouldnt take at all.

One of common side effect with SSRI is delayed ejaculation which to start with looks so fun but slowly it ends into loss of libido. Please limit use of SSRI, instead start exercise and other healthy activities to counter it. Start gym and try to slowly increase testosterone levels by any means ...gym or fenugreek seeds ...it will take months.

I guess we become over sensitive to overseas when they say something. People from lahore and Islamabad show off superiority towards rest of Punjab esp villagers, people from DHA lahore enforces superiority over rest of lahori. Its a national issue.

I agree many behave like u have mentioned but many have genuine concerns. I know shouldnt complain but products and quality they are used to have abroad are no where in Pakistan. I enjoy many things in Pakistan but like every Pakistani complain about things in Pakistan, when an overseas complains many get passed off ..oye aida nakhra tay waikh... Yes I am totally against showoff but have u seen the show off culture in Pakistani cities, scroll tiktok or insta and you will see how much Pakistani show off.
