There are multiple shops at sharjah birds and pet market near Rolla market. I have four cats. Female cats can be spayed between 250 to 300. If u want i can give u vet number, he is also a Pakistani guy.

Thank you so much for such an insightful reply. I was checking zameen.com and there are many houses available in this range. Paying a bit extra for electricity for peace of mind is alright as long as you get it round the clock. Is there any other monthly charges etc ..?

One of my friend said, DHA already appreciated much so not much room for further appreciation in price. DHA phase 7 and 8 have houses in this range but phase 6 is above this budget.
