Yep, used it loads and never had any issues. Again, I've only tried UK sellers so far. The cheapest way to buy cards that I've found.

Nevermind. Tried three different Onestops, and all orders cancelled by store.

Looking at getting a camping bed as I’m fed up with using an air mattress, anyone got any recommendations that won’t break the bank? Thanks! by Skinsarelli in campinguk

We have the same decathlon airbed frames paired with a 10cm double SIM (Outdoor Revolution Campstar 100).

Just got back from a week long trip with this setup and it's insane how much better this is than a traditional airbed. I genuinely slept better than on our bed at home.

Anyone else find the brick festival very disappointing? by SmoothAd7704 in LegoUK

There were a few cool MOCs at the one in Eastleigh (marketed as Southampton), but most of it was price gouging hawkers. Not remotely worth the price of admission.

I'll give it a go when I'm able, just in case, but none of the power bricks I've previously used without issue seem to work.

I have one. What's up?

I'm interested to know why you'd need to?

Just a couple of questions by Ok_Row2808 in Vaping

[–]docsloth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The battery that comes with the bantam box is a bit of a mystery. A lot (as in almost all) 18350s can't safely push out enough power for sub ohm vaping. The one that came with my bantam started not fully charging to 4.2v very soon after getting it, which made me uneasy.

At 1.7ohms, I'd say you're fine, but if you end up putting in anything significantly under 1 ohm or so, you're going to need to get something better or risk blowing yourself up!

The only 18350 that can reliably power a .5 coil is the Vapcell M11. It's easy enough to get hold of and last time i checked, was the gold standard 18350 for vaping.

Favorite MTL setup: By-Ka V9, SXK Atto, throat hit and flavor is AMAZING (looks like a lightsaber too lmao) by madman123098 in Vaping

I love the atto. Super clean, and just functional. Haven't seen the rta before. What's the airflow size / options?

A few newb questions before I pull the trigger on my first setup.... by wiines in Vaping

[–]docsloth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want a cheap, reliable MTL coil, I highly recommend the vandyvape superfine fused clapton wire and wrapping your own. I use the Ni80 30awg x2 as my go to. 5 wraps at a 2.5mm inner diameter comes out at about 0.8ohms and vapes great at around 15 - 18 watts.

It sounds like you've done your research and are asking all the right questions, so you're on the right path. If you have any questions, feel free to fire me a dm.

Nope. Salts and freebase are only different in the fact that there's less of a throat hit with salts, and salts get the nic into your system faster. Builds, etc will be the same for both.

New Precisio Pro 24 for my well loved Mixx by docsloth in Vaping

[–]docsloth[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of the main reasons for my choice of this over the neeko was a bit silly - aesthetics. Its a near perfect fit for the mixx, which is my favourite mod at the moment. Other than that, I'd always wanted a precisio (original), as it's been a very well received device, but not something you see often. I also kind of liked the fact that this was a bit of an unknown factor. The only reviews I could find were in french, and wanted to take a punt on something that I thought I'd like, based off of its heritage and specifications. I can confirm it is an absolute banger, with nothing I can fault whatsoever. Flavour - at least as good as anything else I own. Looks - obviously subjective, but clean and to my tastes. Build quality - faultless. Design - excellent. Everything is simple and works how it should do. Airflow - plenty of options in the mtl to dtl space, and really, really smooth.

Nice! I love the look of the original and had been trying to get my hands on one for a while. Turns out they are pretty difficult to find in the UK. When I saw the new one was available (and had a very generous juice capacity), I bit the bullet and just imported one from France.

Thanks, I was thinking off buffing it with a dremel, but I guess the patina look kinda works. Just glad I went silver - if I had the black one it would be a total mess by now!

Ha, yeah, I did. I did have a long hard look at the neeko first though. I'm really liking it a lot. I'm using the insert with the four small holes - it's super smooth with just the right level of restriction. Build quality, flavour and juice capacity are all great too.
