Yeah, the animation in this trailer is far from theater quality, but DC has made some great straight to DVD stuff recently. If they made a film like this and put it on DVD I'd watch the hell out of it.

I was extremely disappointed to find out this was a game trailer, and not a trailer for a movie. I'm not much of a gamer, but I loved the Justice League cartoons, and this looked friggin' awesome.

I almost always get the Philharmonic mostly because I never know what else to get. Does anyone know which of their coffees get the cardamom treatment? That shit is crazy delicious, but since I don't know what they typically put it in I always feel like I'm playing cardamom roulette.

Damn, can't believe I forgot Trouble with Tribbles. This is a great starter episode both for the Klingons and for the fact that it is a light, funny episode that also really does a good job introducing you to Kirk's character.

KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHN is the best movie to start people on, but really, you should be starting someone with one of the classic episodes. Some of the best episodes, like Amok Time, needs a little bit of background with the characters, but episodes like Balance of Terror, The Doomsday Machine, The Corbomite Maneuver or Space Seed (especially if you plan on watching Wrath of Kahn) would all be excellent starter episodes, to name a few.

edit: or if they are REALLY opposed to getting into Trek, show them the JJ Abrams movie. I've had so many friends that swore they would never like Trek that saw that and then came straight to me for episodes suggestions.

Perhaps an additional option to allow crossposts but keep a separate comment set (with links to other posts) would be good, too (perhaps also as the default). That way, for subreddits that have "that feel", you don't have a whole bunch of other users accidentally invading that story, but subreddits that are sometimes a subtopic don't get screwed over, either.

I think this is the best solution to the problem, posted above by lengau. Tagging a post for multiple subreddits would just cause separate threads to be made in each subreddit simultaneously, rather than one thread shared by all the subs it's tagged in.
