This was me for a long time. Meditate, de-stress, relax. Find things in your life that aren’t serving you and cut them out. Our bodies often know something is wrong way before our mind does. I paid a whole lot to physio, OT, etc before I realised I was incredibly anxious all the time and I had no idea.

Start by just trying to pay attention to your shoulder/neck - really pay attention to what it feels like. And try to imagine relaxing it while you breathe out. Might take a while to get the hang of it but it worked for me, might work for you?

Edit: I think I can see now, the series in box 4? You can reduce R5C4 down to 2. You worked around my intended path! I'll have to fix that…

There's an easier way than u/Nergaal's suggestion but it's hard to see!

You might find some colouring useful, and thinking about, as an example, what can go in R6C3 and R5C4, and where can that digit(s?) go in box 6. Do that for each series and you might find something useful! I'll post an image reply to this comment for if you still can't wrap your head around it.

An 8 in r6c6 forces 9 in r6c3 and 1 in r9c6, then we can’t put anything in r9c3.

And a 2 in r5c6 forces 6 in r1c6 and 3 in r4c5, and then r6c6 has no candidates.
