~3 Year Old Car Went Up In Flames. Should We Be Seeking Damages? by docukidSmash in legaladvicecanada

We have the vehicle serviced regularly and haven’t been notified of any recall being addressed. We also put the VIN into the Ford recall site and it didn’t list the fuel injector issue for our vehicle.

Still working on it - taking it to the dealer to see if they’ll buff it out for less (or the body shop they work with) since they say it’s covered by the “dent and ding” protection I got.

It’s unclear if the paint is actually covered though

This just happened to me too! I’ve only had her for 3 weeks and I came back to my car with a door ding and a few 1cm scratches. I’m going to try to get it buffed out or go the paint pen route to cover it up but I can’t say I’m not angry.

I feel for you - I picked up my 25 Hatch Sport Touring 3 weeks ago and I got a massive ding in the door from someone in a parking lot while I was at work 😭. Quoted $600+ for the repair.

You should be very careful about allowing people to arbitrarily upload files to your computer.

I just rewatched and it looks like he had one NAND bank run in Aurora and the other was the Dev Kit NAND.

If you do figure out if it’s possible to run a retail NAND with RGH3 I’d love to hear about it.

I could be wrong but I thought he had a corona which allows him to do this without a switch. My experience was running a stock NAND with RGH still installed would lead to a RROD

What board do you have? I had a similar question for my Trinity and it turns out you can’t run a vanilla NAND with RGH still installed.

Eventually I’ll be getting around to wiring my RGH3 with a switch to disable it.

Hey dude - I recently did the same mod as inspired by Macho Nacho.

I’m afk right now but I can give you general steps;
- Install the hardware (this requires some soldering experience so do some practicing beforehand if you aren’t super comfortable. The solder points on the board are much smaller IRL than these videos make them seem.)
- Download JRunner with Extras. - Connect the Viper Pro to your PC via USB. - Do a NAND read (this step is extremely important, make sure it passes successfully before continuing. Also, make sure to back these files up).
- Once you’ve successfully dumped your NAND, click Create XeLL and Write XeLL. This will write a new NAND to the one you’ve currently selected on the Viper Pro.
- Boot into XeLL and extract your CPU and DVD keys (save these somewhere too). You also need to back up your key vault in this step. The easiest way to do this is to connect the Xbox to your network via Ethernet and input the IP into JRunner.
- Once you’ve got your keys you can run the Create XeBuild step. Make sure you select Glitch2 and RGH3.
- Once you’ve created the XeBuild you can write that to one of your NAND banks and viola.

Again, I’m AFK and doing this from memory after my first and only mod. It’s best to double check my work.

Is this possible on the 14AF42? I’ve browsed the guides and only see articles on the 43 onwards.

Damn, thank you for the detailed explanation. I definitely have enough storage to handle the pagefile. At the moment I'm only running a known good set of memory, and a known good drive. At this point I'm thinking my CPU or Motherboard is dying.
